Born and raised in South Florida, Carly Kay obtained a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Central Florida in Hospitality Management. Carly brings over 15 years of experience working in Human Resources and Recruiting for the venue management and hospitality industries. Carly is bilingual (English/Spanish) and holds PHR (Professional in Human Resources), SHRM-CP (Society of Human Resources- Certified Professional), and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace certifications.
